TERMS OF CANCELATION
Here are our cancellation conditions for dives, traineeship, courses and stays.
Cabrits Dive Center reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions. In case of modification, it will be applied to each order the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order.
Reservation:
To book an activity, the client is asked to pay 20% of the amount of the chosen activity.
Cancellation:
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the beginning of the activity: the provider keeps the deposit paid.
The dive center is not responsible for the transport of the lessee, it will not make any refund in case of impossibility to reach the place of holidays.
In case of exceptional events, force majeure, unpredictable events or to ensure the safety of participants, Cabrits Dive Center reserves the right to cancel the activity. In this case the customer will be fully refunded or will be able to perform the service on another date of his choice.
