Medical Facility/Recompression Chamber: The main hospital is the Princess Margaret in Roseau that houses Dominica’s new recompression chamber which is expected to be operational by the end of 2006. Until then, the nearest Recompression Chamber is in Martinique. There is also a small hospital in Portsmouth. Cabrits Dive Centre highly recommends that all Divers take out insurance with DAN (Divers Alert Network).

underwater is 80 degrees Fahrenheit or 27 degrees
Celsius.
Important Baggage Restrictions
· Checked bags not to exceed 70lbs total weight plus one carry on bag that cannot exceed 40 lbs.
· In Dominica excess baggage is not allowed.
· Oversized baggage is not allowed
· Overweight baggage of 5lbs or more is not allowed.
· IF one bag is over 50lbs there can be a charge. However the total weight of both bags cannot exceed 70lbs.
